From The RadioReference Wiki

What to Listen for on this System

Bay Minette

The Bay Minette Police Department (TGID 109) is not encrypted and if your receiver is properly decoding the NXDN signal, the unit ID will display the assigned officer or vehicle rather than merely a numerical value. The department has its own dispatcher.

The Bay Minette Fire Department (Station 70) is heard on TGID 101. It is not encrypted and if your receiver is properly decoding the NXDN signal, the unit ID will also display the assigned apparatus or firefighter. The department is dispatched by Baldwin Central at the 911 center in Robertsdale.

Baldwin County

The Baldwin County 911 Dispatch Center (Baldwin Central) may be heard on this system dispatching EMS and fire service via at least five talkgroups: North (TGID 118); East (TGID 1616); South (TGID 1617); West (TGID 1615); and, Central (TGID 1618).

The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office may also be heard in the clear on at least two talkgroups: BC Law 1 (TGID 1401) and the Summerdale PD dispatch patch (TGID 1176). Radio calls to "Station 5" are to the Sheriff's Office dispatcher.

The Daphne Fire Department (Station 66) is active on this system on TGID 276 as well as on a patch to the Alabama Interoperable Radio System (AIRS). They are dispatched by Baldwin County 911 (Baldwin Central) and are frequently sent as a first responder for MedStar ambulances.

They may be heard on the unencrypted "BC Law" talkgroup (TGID 1401) as well as a special events talkgroup (TGID 125). For some special events involving multiple public safety agencies; i.e, police, fire, ems, an unencrypted Strike Team (TGID 502) made by used. The Foley Fire Department (Station 30) is active on this system on TGID 501 which is also patched to the Alabama Interoperable Radio System (AIRS) as well as their VHF High Band frequency (155.5800). They will frequently be dispatched as a first responder for MedStar ambulances and, as a well-equipped and staffed department, are routinely assigned on mutual aid calls for the neighboring volunteer departments.

The department has their own dispatcher but also receives dispatched calls by Baldwin County 911 (Baldwin Central or, simply, Central) and they have their own jail.
