Site Information
LTR-Analyzer version 3 or newer will correctly process the LTR-Net messages, in addition to the LTR-Standard messages. LTR-Analyzer 3 will show all transmit and receive frequencies using a base frequency of 150.0 MHz. Use a base frequency of 430.0 MHz to determine the correct frequency for this network.
Note: the Washington, DC site appears to be a repeater/extension of the network, and doesn't appear to be a full-fledged site.
