Welcome to the Louisiana Wireless Information Network (LWIN) collaboration article, a Statewide Public Trunked Radio System located in all Parishes, Louisiana, United States.
This is where you, the user, may index any articles you develop for scanning related topics for this Trunked Radio System.

System Notes

It should be noted that LSP troopers have access to all Troop Dispatch talkgroups statewide, and troopers from one Troop may use another troop's dispatch channel during low traffic times. Since patching may not occur between talkgroups, having adjacent or all dispatch talkgroups programmed into your scanner should ensure you don't miss any LSP Dispatch traffic.
