Master Radio Template for the Lucas County TRS:

Zone 1 [A] - Local
1: Home Dispatch (Note: This will be programmed in all zones as "channel 1")
Channels 2-15 are Local Option
16: Home Dispatch (Note: This will be programmed in all zones as "channel 16")

Zone 2 [B] - Common Interop
Each PSAP has a "Law" and a "Fire" Talkgroup, to be used by all agencies dispatched by 
that PSAP for incidents requiring Mutual Aid. (Example: Toledo Fire is dispatched to 
assist Washington Twp. FD, both agencies can switch all radios to "Sheriff Fire" to communicate.)

Channels 2-15 are designated "OPS" (OPS 4-2, OPS 10-15, etc.) to be used by Fire, EMS, 
Law Enforcement agencies, etc.
