Fire
The majority of stations in Lunenburg county are dispatched by Scotia Business Centre.
In addition to each station having their own repeater, stations can also operate with each other and their dispatching provider through the Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio System fire repeaters located at Sherwood and Liverpool, the Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Trunked Radio (P25) "south" talkgroups, and the provincial mutual aid VHF simplex frequency 153.83
Ambulance
Ambulance services are provided by Emergency Health Services (EHS). Communications are on the EHS "West 2" talkgroup on the Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Trunked Radio (P25).
