- Phase 3 - Troops C & I, portions of Troops F, B , G (St Louis)
- Phase 4 - Troops A & F (Kansas City, Jeff City)
- Phase 5 - Troops H & B (Northern MO)
Will be connected to the following systems: RAMBIS - Regional Area Multiband Integrated System (KC)

MERS - Metropolitan Emergency Radio Service (Kansas City)

6/21/12 - Troop E is programming MOSWIN radios in cars this week. I've logged 20+ new radio ID's on MOSWIN the past few days. It appears Radio ID's of
1-4499 MSHP units troops C, E, G, I - Portable unit IDs
4500-8999 MSHP units troops C, E, G, I Mobile units
- 45xx are the cars
- 4568 unit on 20205
- 49xx are bases.
- 4949 unit on Troop E Disp1 TG55
- 49xxx Troop D base
1000001 - 1004499 MSHP units - troops A, B, D, F, H - Portable unit IDs
1004500 - 1008999 MSHP units - troops A, B, D, F, H - Mobile unit IDs
