Dayton PD likely uses the [http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=864 City of Dayton Motorola Type II 800 MHz analog TRS] while at the Dragons' games (unknown talkgroup - I scanned the TRS input freqs but didn't hear anything related to the game.  In fact, I didn't see any PD at the game whatsoever despite there being 8,500 people in attendance).
