The Ministry of Natural Resources(MNR) enforce the fishing and hunting regulations in Ontario.They maintain the population of wildlife by taking surveys, stock lakes, manage woodlots and check hunters and sport fishers making sure regulations are being followed.

The MNR use different communication depending on their operation. Provincial park frequencies and forest fire operation frequencies can be found here. Enforcement is mainly on Bell Fleet Net. Talk groups in Ontario can be found here

I frequently hear the MNR boat off at Long Point Bay (Lake Eire) on TGID 8000. The MNR use their cell phones a lot for different operations. Here are some MNR soft id's please update.
