Ministry of Transportation (MTQ) (QC)

The MTQ is responsible for construction of and maintenance of provincial highways, including Autoroutes, in Quebec. They also provide safety road patrolling (surveillance routière) and intervene in case of accidents or anomalies.

They operate on RENIR (provincial P25 network) and all of their communications are encrypted. There are analog VHF simplex channels listed in the DB, but the extent of use is unknown.
