Monteregie County (QC)

Montérégie is actually an administrative region of the Province of Québec. Within Montérégie, there are three subregions each consisting of Regional County Municipalities (municipalité régionale de comté - "MRC") or an Agglomeration, which is equivalent to an RCM. The RCMs have municipalities of several types under them. Longueuil is a subregion that is an Agglomeration that includes the City of Longueuil which in turn has boros, one of which is the original city of Longueuil, the other two being former municipalities.
