Motorola Customer Programming Software, the replacement of RSS, is the only way, with the exception of FPP on some radios, to program Motorola Radios. Each different type of radio needs it's own version of the CPS. The only legal way to obtain it is through Motorola directly. The CPS is used in a Microsoft Windows environment Only.
