General Information
Saufley Field (NUN) is a military airport five nautical miles west of the central business district of Pensacola, Florida. It is an active U.S. Navy facility and a former Naval Air Station currently used as a Naval Outlying Field (NOLF) in its aeronautical role (primarily for Training Air Wing FIVE at nearby NAS Whiting Field), and as a shore installation for various naval activities that are part of the greater Pensacola naval complex. Saufley Field is located 10 miles north of NAS Pensacola.
