System Information

The Nebraska Wireless Interoperable Network (N-WIN) is a statewide VHF P25 trunking system. It is currently being built from the panhandle east. Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) Troop E area is completed and Troop E is currently using the system. Sites in the Troop D area and the western half of Troop B are currently under construction. Troop D will be the next NSP Troop to start using the system.

To program this system into your scanner you will need a scanner that will do P25 trunking system, 9600 baud control channel.
