Radio IDs

Interestingly, Ocean City Police Department posts the names and badge numbers of their officers on their website http://oceancitymd.gov/Police/officer_listing.html

I notice that all but one of the radio IDs above carry numbers that correspond to officers' badge numbers, which leads me to believe that this may be by design.
