System Information

Once the new countywide P25 trunked radio system is completed it will be a simulcast system from 11 different sites which are located throughout Ocean County. The current locations are the following:

System Implementation News

September 2014:

  • Due to increased in severity of DTV interference on the current 500 MHz trunked system the total cost was approved by the county freeholders on September 17 with a Contract awarded to Motorola Solutions for 700 MHz Overlay.
