Eldora Speedway is the annual home of the biggest late model race of the year, the World 100. At the 2007 World 100, Raceceiver radios were not used during the heat races (source), but were used during the feature race (source).

The frequencies for the Dayton Dragons found @ ScanOhio.com are outdated/incorrect.

Dayton PD likely uses the City of Dayton Motorola Type II 800 MHz analog TRS while at the Dragons' games (unknown talkgroup - I scanned the TRS input freqs but didn't hear anything related to the game. In fact, I didn't see any PD at the game whatsoever despite there being 8,500 people in attendance).
