Well, here we are.  System was originally the City of Tulsa's.  Since it was deployed, it was glommed onto by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.  It covers a large fraction of the state, roughly following the I-44 corridor from NE Oklahoma all the way down through Oklahoma City and on to Lawton.
