    • On structure assignments, only the first due Engine brings their mini.
    • When a Signal 99 is transmitted, a Second District Chief, the Duty Deputy Chief, a RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) are dispatched. RIT is typically assigned to the next closest truck, unless they're special called into the scene prior to the signal 99 dispatch being completed. In addition, an Investigator, a Safety Officer, and an ambulance from AMR (or closest available agency) is dispatched to the scene.


Radio Pre-Alert Tones
Onondaga County Dispatchers use a series of pre alert tones before Fire/EMS calls are dispatched. Can also be used for special announcements.

1000 Hz Tones
