Welcome to the PAWMCo P25 collaboration article, a Multi-County Public Trunked Radio System located in Collin, Denton Counties, Texas, United States.
This is where you, the user, may index any articles you develop for scanning related topics for this Trunked Radio System.

  • Some talkgroups on this system may be using P25 Phase II TDMA modulation, which can only be monitored using a P25 Phase II capable scanner or receiver.
  • Click HERE for a list of scanners capable of monitoring those talkgroups.

Note

  • The system does use LSM (Linear Simulcast Modulation) which complicates monitoring. To best copy these talkgroups, you can use a GRE PSR-800, Uniden BCD436HP or BCD536HP, SDS100/200, or an actual Phase 2 radio.

This system is formerly known as the "Plano, Allen, Wylie, Murphy" (PAWM) system, but the name changed with the addition of Collin County.

Radio ID's for users in Plano, Allen, Wylie, Murphy and The Colony start with 755. Radio ID's for Collin County start with 760.

Collin County is now active on their own 9-site simulcast site. "Roaming" is enabled for better coverage in the Southern portion of the County so some talkgroups may appear on both sites.
