There are 2 shifts:

                       0600-1800 (Days)& 1800-0600 (Nights)
                                               

The unit numbering system is as follows: There is a 4-digit numbering system

                                        Days Shift begin in a "1"
                                        Nights Shift begin in a "2"
                                        The 2nd & 3rd digit is the zone
                                        The 4th digit is either a "0" for 
                                            primary unit or "1" for backup
                                                                     unit.

The zones are as follows:

                        Division 1 (11,12,13,14,15,16)
                        Division 2 (21,22,23,24,25)
                        Division 3 (31,32,33,34,35,36,37)
