News Report from November 29, 2014: The Howard County TRS is back in service. The previous tower fell in November 2013 due to ice. The Glass Mountain tower has been replaced, but the radio infrastructure has not been installed yet. TxDOT is using the system regularly. Midland SO is simulcasting from conventional P25, but ADP encrypted.
