Law Enforcement
RadioReference.com will not release details regarding a RadioReference.com user without a subpoena or court order. To contact us regarding a law enforcement matter, please email us at legal@radioreference.com.
Removal of Information
RadioReference.com does not remove information from our service platforms unless a subpoena or court order is received requiring us to do so.
There are some very rare instances where RadioReference.com will use our judgment to determine whether or not we remove information posted to the site. If you feel you might meet that criteria, feel free to contact us at legal@radioreference.com. We're open to hearing from you, but understand in almost all cases we do not remove information from the site.
