Note: Stations 18 - 21 were originally dispatched by Brookville Fire Dispatch. 
When Brookville went to their own 151.385 MHz repeater, the above FD's choose
not to change with Brookville but remained on Preble County's 154.190 MHz.
They retained their old Brookville station numbers.
