Legal Issues
On April 7th, 2023, RadioReference.com LLC announced that Priority Dispatch Corporation has voluntarily dismissed the copyright lawsuit against RadioReference.com LLC and Lindsay Blanton. RadioReference.com LLC spent in excess of $78,000 in legal fees to defend against this lawsuit before it was settled. The settlement agreement is confidential and Radioreference and Lindsay Blanton are prohibited from publicly commenting further.
