ScannerCast RR Edition Setup Instructions Quick Start to Launch and Stream 1. Create a new folder on your system for ScannerCast. We suggest using C:\ScannerCast\ 2. Download the ScannerCast RR Edition from your feed owner’s page 3. Open (double click) the .zip file. 4. Copy all file’s from the .zip file to the directory you created in step 1, above. 5. To run ScannerCast, double click on the “ScannerCast.exe” -- This file will have a black and white speaker icon to the left of the file name. 6. Setup your parameters on the ScannerCast "Config" tab.

Config Tab (see below): 1. Select your scanner model. Select Audio Only if you are not sending tags 2. If you're sending tags, select the COM port, speed & tags that are connected to your scanner. 3. Select the sound card and input on your computer that you connected to your scanner 4. Enter your RR user name and password. 5. Click "Login To RR and Get Config". 6. Select your feed from the "Feed to Send" pull down menu. 7. Select “Start Broadcasting”. 8. You're on the air!
