San Joaquin County Hospitals

What may not be obvious is that the hospital/ambulance radio system, on the Med channels, is duplex. There are no repeaters and, as a result, the mobiles can be difficult to hear.

San Joaquin General, as the base hospital, has two remote receiver locations, that supposedly allow it to hear units calling countywide.

The low-power repeater shown in the listing is used at West Valley Mall for interior coverage.
