West Central Dispatch Center located within the City of Town and Country Municipal Center and provided 911 police dispatching for various municipal police departments in west St. Louis County.

Currently, West Central Dispatch Center provides police dispatching for:
- City of Creve Coeur (2400 units)
- City of Frontenac (3600 units) - also provides police services to Huntleigh and Westwood
- City of Town & Country (8300 units) - also provides police services to Country Life Acres

Dispatching is done on the SLATER system, encrypted talkgroups 55414 (Creve Coeur), 55415 (Frontenac), and 55416 (Town and Country).
