Tracking/Decoding The System
At present there are no scanners capable of tracking the network, but that doesn't mean it's not possible to track. If you download one of these programs: Trunked_Radio_Decoders#MPT-1327_Decoders and connect your scanner to a computer or laptop using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm line in cable, or you can use a RTL-SDR which does not require any cable.
