This page should be unlocked. I will repeat what I said in the RR forums in regard to this. These frequencies were posted by Chrome69 and when someone made an edit he got enraged that someone would alter "his" contribution. All contributions to the Wiki become property of RR. This locked page makes it impossible to correct or update without contacting one of the admins of the RR Wiki and flies in the face of the entire purpose of the Wiki concept.
