Some or all of the talkgroups on this system use X2-TDMA or Phase 2 TDMA modulation. To copy these talkgroups, you can use a GRE PSR-800, Whistler WS-1080, RS Pro-668 (which are essentially clones of the PSR-800), Uniden BCD436HP or BCD536HP, or an actual Phase 2 radio.
