The Topeka / Shawnee County 800 MHz TRS is jointly operated by Shawnee County and the Kansas Department of Transportation.

State agencies on the system are migrating to the new state 800 MHz P-25 system. Shawnee County will likely upgrade their system to digital in the next few years- becoming a multi-site simulcast of the state KSICS.
