This is a test table edited from HTML.  As you can see, I am having some trouble getting things to line up properly and need to learn and experiment some more.

One question I have is why the REFs are showing when I did not include the tag that is supposed to make them visible.  They are supposed to be footnotes.

Also, I used the "wikitable" class specification at the beginning of the table, but there are no cell borders.

Notes

  • [1] AirTran is scheduled to make its final flight on December 28, 2014.
  • [2] Several airlines use ACARS and/or VDL-2 for primary airside communications. Voice channels are used as backups.
  • [3] 464.8875 is used by the Southwest Ramp to relay gate assignments to their jets that are taxiing in from the runway.
  • [4] Million Air is the fueling contractor for the commercial airlines.
  • [5] Airlines in parentheses use the channel but do not serve Albany.
  • [6] JetBlue plans to begin serving Albany in 2015.
