1. Highlight and copy data from an xml page
2. Open a new template in Excel
3. Right click in cell 1A and select Paste Special
4. Select Text in the dialog and click ok
5. Edit out any useless data
6. Save the file as CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv) with name of your choice.

Lines 1 through 15 in this picture is using direct paste from the xml page, while lines 18 through 24 are using the exact same data with Paste Special.
