This is a test table edited from HTML. As you can see, I am having some trouble getting things to line up properly and need to learn and experiment some more.

One question I have is why the REFs are showing when I did not include the tag that is supposed to make them visible. They are supposed to be footnotes.

Also, I used the "wikitable" class specification at the beginning of the table, but there are no cell borders.

  1. AirTran is scheduled to make its final flight on December 28, 2014.
  2. Several airlines use ACARS and/or VDL-2 for primary airside communications. Voice channels are used as backups.
  3. 464.8875 is used by the Southwest Ramp to relay gate assignments to their jets that are taxiing in from the runway.
  4. Million Air is the fueling contractor for the commercial airlines.
  5. Airlines in parentheses use the channel but do not serve Albany.
  6. JetBlue plans to begin serving Albany in 2015.
