Notes
- Note 1: MoreText exists as a parameter in the templates that invoke Text_CatGeneral, thus allowing a "pass-through" effect so that custom messages can be displayed uniformly in all templates and categories that use Text_CatGeneral.
- Note 2: HideParent3 hides the value of "Parent3" which is a parameter that is not user-defined, but is automatically created by the template's logic. Please see Text_CatStateOtherFreq/doc for more information.
