In late 2014 the Metro Trains radio system (UTRS) has been moved to an new GSM-R System in the 1.7Ghz range, this can't be listened to by any scanner, however Stoney Point trains can be scanned via TTB

V/Line (Rural Trains)

V/Line's radio system or TTB is located in the 400mhz band with conductors in the same band. More Info here
