UPDATE on p25 switch over.

02/28/2011 Information circulating among county employees is that there is a major issue with interference from a local paging service that is disrupting at least three channels of the new trunking array and litigation is currently under consideration as the operator of the paging service refuses to consider any changes in his current operation. Turn On date has been TURNED OFF at present.
