The air to ground frequency is not on the national air-to-ground channel list. This frequency is an exclusive assignment in the Yosemite NP area.

The last three channels (11, 12 & 13) are federal government nationwide itinerant frequencies that can be used by any agency at any time and location. Agencies do not have exclusive use of them. They are commonly used as tactical frequencies in National Parks, especially 168.6125.
