File Codes used on the COLLECT (Connecticut On-Line Law Enforcement Computer Terminal) system. All in state Police dispatch centers use COLLECT to run motor vehicle checks, warrant checks, etc. This system is also connected to NLETS (National Law Enforcement Terminal System) and III (Interstate Identification Index) and is used to run checks out of state.
