I don't know if I'm writing on the right page, but I need help. I have a BC796D scanner,it was working with my pc, but I updated the firmware to v3.60 and now I get an error message. The message tell me that the pc and scanner are not communicating with each other. Can someone tell me what to do? I don't know if I'm writing on the right page, but I need help. I have a BC796D scanner,it was working with my pc, but I updated the firmware to v3.60 and now I get an error message. Fiddle, post your question on the Uniden forum, and address it to UPMan. He will get back to you as soon as he can. This area isn't well known to non-wiki users, so posting on our forums is a far better bet to get an answer
