This topic applies to the BCD396 and 996 with version 3.0 firmware or better;

Due to firmware limitations, only one AGC may be modified at a time. This means that to change the Analog AGC settings, you must go into the scanner and turn off the digital AGC. Apply your changes to the Analog AGC settings, then upload. To change the digital AGC, the analog AGC must similarly be turned off, changes applied then uploaded.

There is no 'Dynamic Range' setting for the digital AGC. This option only exists for the Analog AGC. The selection is here for a future firmware release
