AGC Control
This topic applies to the BCD396 and 996 with version 3.0 firmware or better;
- Normally changing the AGCs manually would require disabling one AGC to change the other. In other words, to change the analog AGC, you would need to disable the digital AGC. Not so here - FreeScan will allow you to change both AGCs when both are marked active on the General Options screen.
- There is no 'Dynamic Range' setting for the digital AGC. This option only exists for the Analog AGC. The selection is here for a future firmware release
