*Apparently has the ability to patch any frequency as needed, have heard many different combinations, including 155.28 CSQ being a patch of 155.16. **may also patch 154.19/154.265 at the same time together on both VHF frequencies and SC21 TGs 87-Co Call 1 is used by 911 PSAPs to communicate with each other, also MedStar dispatch has access
+
* Uses STARCOM21 for nearly every agency in the county. St Clair County site 359 was the first site on the system in the early 2000s.
*152.0075 4 Bases - East St. Louis (NEW 2008), Belleville NW, Belleville SE, Lenzburg)
+
* If STARCOM21 fails, first it goes into site trunking (not connected to the rest of the STARCOM21 system)
 +
* If site trunking fails, loss of control channels, it will go into FailSoft, using a conventional 800mHz repeater
 +
* Total loss of STARCOM21, will revert to VHF Fire Channel

  • Uses STARCOM21 for nearly every agency in the county. St Clair County site 359 was the first site on the system in the early 2000s.
  • If STARCOM21 fails, first it goes into site trunking (not connected to the rest of the STARCOM21 system)
  • If site trunking fails, loss of control channels, it will go into FailSoft, using a conventional 800mHz repeater
  • Total loss of STARCOM21, will revert to VHF Fire Channel
