Vermilion River County is a region of east central Alberta. It is bordered by St Paul County and the Municipal District of Bonnyville to the north; Two Hills County and Minburn County to the west; the Municipal District of Wainwright to the south; and the Regional Municipalities of Loon Lake, Frenchman Butte, Britannia, Wilton, and Manitou Lake, all in Saskatchewan, to the east.
