In addition to each station having their own repeater, stations can also operate with each other and their dispatching provider through the Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio System fire repeaters located at Sherwood and Liverpool, the NS Trunked Mobile Radio system (TMR-2) "south" talkgroups, and the provincial mutual aid VHF simplex frequency 153.83
