- Effective March 1, 2015 Camp County EMS has taken over the EMS service that ETMC EMS held. ETMC EMS no longer provides EMS service to parts of Upshur County.
- Provides EMS coverage to Gilmer, Bettie, Pritchett, East & West Mountain areas, & Harmony area
- Dispatched on their VHF Channel of 150.9950 (100.0 PL) WQLN530
- Has 2 MICU's housed in Gilmer 24/7 to respond to calls
- Medic 7 Gilmer
- Medic 8 Gilmer
- (these are primary units)
Champion EMS
- Dispatched on the DFW Communications LTR System
- Provides EMS coverage to Ore City & New Diana areas, also the City of Big Sandy.
- Medic 26 - Ore City
- Medic 27 - New Diana (staffed 10 hours a day Monday-Friday)
- Dispatched on the Teletouch LTR Daingerfield Tower.
- (Units could also be located on the Longview Tower.)
- Medic 20 - Hawkins (provides coverage to City of Big Sandy from Hawkins)
- Medic 20 can be found on the Hawkins Tower
- These are primary units, other units could post these locations
