I sent my BCD996T Trunktracking scanner to Uniden America Corp. C/O Saddle Creek 743 Henrietta Creek Rd., Suite 100 Roanoke, Texas 76262 and was given a phone no. to call (1-800-620-5731) but the phone call will not go through. The phone call is silent. I know they cashed the amount allowed for the repair but I have not heard from them or received my scanner. Can anyone help with this?
