The Board - "The Board” is a computer graph/table with the status of each individual Zone’s patrol vehicles. Sometimes it becomes necessary to clean-up "The Board” and get it back in order with the proper status of units.

Mover - A vehicle that is being stopped for a traffic violation.
CCR Number - Each call or incident a police officer responds to, no matter how minor, is assigned a unique record number. The numbering system starts at "1" for the first incident or call at the beginning of a calendar year. Numbers are assigned as calls come in or incidents are responded to. The CCR Number may also be referred to as "Number", "Detail", "Detail Number", etc.
