Rebanding and P25

The current system configuration is a trunked P25 system as the ACPS site page indicates. Unlike SAFE-T, the ACPS system does not transmit the band plan in the P25 messages, requiring scanner operators to manually enter the bandplan as detailed on Software Support for Uniden Rebanding#General.
