Metropolitan Police (MPD) uses talkgroup 21232 for traffic control around the stadium. DC Fire/EMS uses talkgroup 2096 for first aid inside the stadium. (source)

The Verizon Center has switched to digital modulation (probably Motorola's TDMA product, MOTOTRBO) on their frequencies. The frequencies above remain valid, but they can no longer be monitored with a scanner.
